After this first consultation, a deep dive into your operations, industry and all micro factors surrounding your business environment will be conducted. This analysis, along with your guidance, will allow us to deduce the barriers to growth and come up with solutions. 

Once we have initially assessed, we can discuss which approach you would like us to take:   

- Enhancement Consultation: this is where you are happy and confident to implement steps for growth. We will conduct an extensive deep dive, looking at your operations, finance, culture, HR, and of course micro factors within your industry.  This dissection will allow us to then present multiple solutions for you to progress with.

- Activist Management: The team at Henry Street Consulting love to get in the trenches with    businesses. It allows us to get a greater understanding on different models, but we also know this is where our services are most effective. This enhancement approach sees our team joining your business in its day to day operations to monitor and action the strategies outlined in the deep dive. Joining your environment lets the team fine tune our suggested strategies as we are able to view every aspect of your business.
